We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Oche Addicts.

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or assembled
- Grip wax, chalk, and other personal hygiene accessories once opened
- Customised or personalised products

How to request a refund
Contact us at Unit 9 Gapton Hall Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0ND or call 01493 547404 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked service.

Processing your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund including any delivery costs.
